Figure 4:  Cell cycle analysis plus BrdU incorporation:  Sample preparation done using a kit (BD Biosciences BrdU Flow Kit) containing all required reagents.  Following in vitro incorporation of bromodeoxyuridine (BrdU), cells were fixed and permeabilized, treated with DNase and labeled with an anti-BrdU antibody followed by staining for DNA with 7-AAD.
