Figure1: Intracellular antigen detection:  Cyclin B1. Jurkat cells were prepared using a formaldehyde fix (0.5%) followed by methanol (90%) permeabilization.  Samples were stained with isotype control or anti cyclin B1 FITC, and resuspended in a propidium iodide/RNase A solution.
